Getting to know us
Laura is a living historian, with an MA in Public History specializing in 18th century women's history. She travels extensively doing demos and programs as well as fundraising dinners.

Are Instructions Included?
Instructions are included with every item purchased. They are inside the brown paper bags holding the product. If for some reason your instructions would get damaged contact Shamrock and Thistle and they can send you a digital copy of the instruction sheets.
Do you offer a bulk discount?
At this time Shamrock and Thistle does not offere a bulk discount. However, they can make larger batches of their spice mixes and teas to meet your needs.
What if I have a food allergy?
Notify Shamrock and Thistle when you place your order. If they are able to, they will happily accommodate the changes necessary. We are also happy to make product that is Gluten Free.
