Like the other teas in the 18th century this would be considered a Liberty Tea as there is no real tea in it. Today we simply call it an herbal tea. Jenny Wiley was a frontierswoman reportedly known for her "woodsy ways". In 1789 she was taken captive by the Native Americans and marched west. She spent several months living with them before taking a chance and escaping. Taking what she already knew and what she had learned from them she managed to make her way back to her husband. While much of her story is a myster and mixed with myth, her ability to survive for weeks in the woods with very little, and to survive at all is definetly why she gets her own tea. Like the other teas, I did my best to try and match the tea to the person and what I believe their personalities were like. This is a great tea for cold nights, or days that you just aren't feeling like yourself.
