In the 18th century Scottish Beef Stew was known as many things, from its name here to Scotch Broth. An easy meal for a week night dinner. You can add vegetables to make it a larger meal if you so choose. Pair it with Bread the London Way and you are set for a full 18th century dinner. There are two sizes Single serving which feeds 1-2, and Family which feeds 4-6 (without vegetables), please make sure to indicate which size you are wanting.
