This Chicken Currie is based off of several 18th century versions. While curries are notorious for being spicy, this currie is a warm currie that doesn't over power the dinner. If you enjoy this dish you can also buy the Curry Powder that is in it on it's own and add it to various other dishes. This dish is special as it also contains the period appropriate type of rice which is Carolina Gold Rice. Remember this is comes in two sizes Single (1-2 servings), and Family (4-6 servings).
